3. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the marketplace:

• Tigris Object Storage — Listing images are stored securely in cloud storage.
• Anthropic — Listing titles and descriptions are reviewed by AI to ensure compliance with our safety guidelines. No personal information is sent for moderation.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us. Listing images are deleted when a listing is removed.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
